Nico Schliemann from Stuttgart (Germany) studied guitar at the Jazz & Rock School in Freiburg as a teenager. In 2011 he finished the international guitar contest "Guitar Idol III" on second place and was awarded the trophy for "best newcomer". Since the beginning of 2013 his main live work is with the German Electro Pop act "Glasperlenspiel" with whom he toured big arenas in Western Europe. Nico also plays a lot of sessions with bands like the NightLive Band, as a guest for The Wright Thing, Westbunch, or Wolf Codera's Session Possible. He further played with artists like Gregor Meyle, Rolf Stahlhofen (Söhne Mannheims), Stefan Stoppok, The Wheather Girls, and many more. Nico is also a renowned guitar teacher in Southern Germany, being known as excellent "coach" for aspiring guitar players that need new input or just want to go a level deeper with their instruments.
